Hi, it's Ishana! I also go by Nurse Ish. I am here to tell my journey in this amazing profession. I created DOPE Nursing which stands for Deliver. Over. Patients/People's. Expectations. as a platform to encourage all nurses and others to go above and beyond for their patients and themselves.

We are their advocate and it's our duty to encourage them to participate and be active in their plan of care. We are also advocates for ourselves! As a full time nurse, mom of 2 amazing boys, and wife to my wonderful husband, I know how difficult it can be to navigate career and life. Let me help you.
